How is the ABS F24 made?

The ABS Wheels facility never compromises on quality and adheres to all official regulations in its client countries, including the strict requirements of JWL. ABS constantly subjects its wheels to several extensive tests to measure road stress. To detect small flaws, wheels are placed under pressure in a specially designed water tank and scanned for hidden defects with X-rays. Further examination is done using computer and electron microscopes. Finally, a corrosion treatment is applied, followed by a protective paint coating and final cleaning. Our Swedish company also meets the needs of all prestigious cars (5-bolt).
